Core Services:
- Regionally dedicated PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) for Archuleta CountyÂ
- Provide a necessary link in emergency communications between citizens and four responding emergency service agencies – Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office, Pagosa Springs Police Department, Pagosa Springs Medical Center Emergency Medical Services, and Pagosa Springs Fire Protection DistrictÂ
- Monitor and ensure citizen and responder safety during incidents Â
- Allocate the appropriate critical resources in a timely manner during times of crisisÂ
- Establish and maintain CFS (Call for Service) reports of all dispatched incidentsÂ
- Prepare detailed reports of dispatch activities for the Archuleta County Dispatch Executive Management Board of DirectorsÂ
